At Football Cult, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. Every order is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you believe that a product has arrived damaged or defective due to our mistake, we’re here to help.
Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns or refunds only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is clearly caused by Football Cult (manufacturing defect, wrong item, or damage before dispatch)
- You are able to provide valid proof of the issue
If we are satisfied that the fault is on our end, we will gladly process a return, replacement, or refund.
Proof Requirement (Mandatory)
To raise a return or refund request, you must provide:
- Clear unboxing video from start to end (without cuts)
- Clear photos/videos showing the damage or defect
- Order ID and registered contact details
Requests without proper proof will not be accepted.
Time Frame to Raise a Request
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests raised after 48 hours will not be considered
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Size or fit issues
- Change of mind after purchase
- Color or design variation due to lighting or screen differences
- Minor thread issues that do not affect usage
- Damage caused after delivery or due to customer misuse
Please check the size chart and product details carefully before placing an order.
Return Approval Process
- Contact us at support@footballcult.in within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order ID and required proof
- Our team will review the case
- If the issue is verified as our fault, we will approve the return or refund
Approval or rejection is solely at Football Cult’s discretion after verification.
Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds are credited within 5–7 business days after approval
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit (as applicable)
Replacement Policy
- If a replacement is approved, we will ship the replacement at no extra cost
- Replacement is subject to product availability
- Replacement product will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days
